I had a Sparkhire virtual interview. Was asked job related questions and then behavorial questions. All the question were based on what work you have done and some what ifs

Interview
I applied to a SWE 1 position with the mutual group. I did their sparkhire interview, which resulted in advancement to final interview. I was told I was 1/8 people they were interviewing. Felt like I had a good interview and chemistry with the people interviewing, but was not offered.

Question 1
I was asked about my previous work experience and some typical job interview questions like 'how would your coworkers describe you?', 'tell me about a time you made a mistake and what you did to rectify it', and 'how do you go about learning new technologies?'. There was a technical portion to the interview, but it was very simple oop stuff.
