The interview process is not rigorous. I had a friend who worked there and was not interviewed when I was hired. Some are interviewed but questions are very basic like past experience with children and reliable transportation.

Interview
The interview process was pretty seamless and simple. Much of it ended up as pretty easy going conversation that was genuinely about both parties trying to get to know one another.
