Had already been a volunteer for a while. There was just so much disorganization and obvious room for improvement in the way we operated our services, after a while some volunteer organizing projects came up and then paid projects eventually came my way.

I was vetted over four months of volunteering. Everything was discussed, my experience, my faith, my ideas, my past, many hours of discussion on how to do things better and more efficiently.
