Super easy, walk in, ask to work there, fill out application, they will set up a day to officially have interview and more often than not you are done and you got the job.

Interview
The managers asked questions revolving more around life experience and questions to see what kind of person you are versus your work ethic/experience. They still asked work/job related questions pertaining to past experience though.
