Interview
Was initially interviewed by Store Manager, then about 5 days later was interviewed via the phone by the Distract Manager. The interviews process was straight forward and thorough. I happened to get along quite well with both of them, so it was a pleasant experience.

Question 1
All of these retail chains ask the exact same questions: Why are you passionate about working for us, name a difficult experience dealing with a customer and how did you handle it, name a time when a crisis was on hand and you had to deal with multiple things at once, what would you say is your best asset, what would you say is your worst vice, etc etc.
The interview process was efficient and straight forward. I received a response quickly and I was able to interview with higher ups and my direct department. Working within a team and being a self-starter seemed important to the interviewers.

Interview process was pretty laid back and not stressful at all. Had 2 interviews and trained in a different store for a month before entering my home store. The district manager makes you feel welcome and happy to see you.
