Started with several phone interviews that spanned about 2 months. Phone screening questions were straight forward but the interview with the hiring manager was odd. Very judgmental and not pleasant to talk to. However, the recruiter was very nice and scheduled me for in person interview. Recruiter interviewed me first and then it was the hiring manager again. Turns out they changed the job description to be half secretary/half HR Coordinator. Hiring manager let it slip that there's been issues of executive secretaries not showing up to work so HR has to cover that. Overall, it wasn't a "Wonderful" experience and although they boast having a great working atmosphere, I didn't see it when looking around the office - no talking or laughing, all just sitting very quietly glued to the computer screens.
