The manager tells you sales are down and you need to sell more at all costs. One of your customers machines break and he wants to buy the most updated one, but you know there's a new model coming out next week. Your manager has pushed for sales now. What do you do?

Tell your customer that new machines are coming out the next week. If you ruin the relationship and trick him into buying antiquated equipment it could sour the relationship moving forward.

Tell your customer that available one machine is most updated. Try to highlighted it advantage and convert to sales. Next week coming new model you will find out a new customs.
