You are assigned a person who will guide you through all the stages. Initial call, followed by pairing, cultural alignment and leadership (order might differ). You get some feedback at every stage which makes you feel appreciated for your time. At the end, after passing all the stages, they would happily made an offer but it turned out that the job didn't exist. They might contact again in the future, so it was a massive waste of everyone's time.
