It's an extensive process with 5 meetings. They ask to be provided with a list of all the people you know, as well as conduct probing interviews with 5 people you know and ask for 5 referrals.

Multiple round interviews. Initially met with the marketing directors, then came on-site for live interviews. Final interviews were over the phone. Nothing technical, more mindset focused, making sure you are a right fit for the team.

It was pretty casual, asked me questions more about personality than technical skills. The process took around four interviews, where I met with a singular guy at first and then with a team.

Very easy going process that was made easier by great people. They are really testing to see how good your soft skills are and your ability to communicate with people.
