Great interview process- recruiter always kept me informed about next steps and timelines.
Interview process was 4 interviews with different levels of management. Asked about my prior work experience and what I could bring to the table.

Question 1
Why do you want to join Tiffany?
What is something you think Tiffany can improve on?
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Tiffany & Co. (New York, NY) in Jan 2025
Interview
The recruiter was communicative in the beginning and scheduled interviews with the team for me but then ghosted me after the last interview for months with zero response to my emails following up. She then replied months later just to let me know that I didn't get the job and could talk to the hiring manager to provide feedback on my interview. I later found out that they moved someone internally which I hear they typically do.

Question 1
Do you have experience presenting to upper management?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tiffany & Co. (New York, NY) in June 2022
Interview
The 1st interview was with a recruiter. She was nice, transparent and professional. Soft skills analysis to see if you would be the right fit for the role.
The 2nd interview was with a hiring manager from the team I would be potentially working on. His interviewing skills weren’t the greatest, as he made me feel less excited about the role when sharing his personal experience working for another division within Tiffany’s. (Admitted that he was working 12+ hours on some days).
After two weeks I didn’t hear back from either him or recruiter. I circled back to see if they were interested in moving me through the next steps and never heard back.
Overall it was an ok experience
