I have been quickly contact after my application to set an interview one week later. The HR was Super nice and explained me that there were 3/4 steps and that they would give a definitive answer 2 weeks later. I was super glad about there reactivity. Then..nothing! No communication after the 1st interview. I get back to recruiters but never told me what were there decision then I noticed the offer wasn’t online anymore. I’m super disappointed about the lack of respect regarding the time and effort a candidate can grant them.

Worst candidate experience I ever had. The whole process (from application to final interview) took ~4 months. The HR team took an average of 1 month to get back between interview rounds and feedback was not prompt at all. Had to chase the HRBP multiple times before I can get a reply on my application process. Applied for role A and went for 2 interviews for it. Midway, the hiring team decided to put role A on hold and transferred my application to role B where I went for an additional interview. A few days later, HR called and said the team wants to hire for role A again. Thrown between the 2 roles back and forth and it was not a pleasant experience at all. Asked for feedback after rejection but HR refused to reply. Felt like I wasted 4 months for this application process.
