Interview
The initial 3 rounds were good. The interviews were prompt and well-coordinated by the coordinator. I felt positive and engaged throughout these discussions.
However, my experience during the final round was quite strange. The interviewer repeatedly asked me the same question: "What did you dislike about working with ABC?" Despite my response that there was nothing I particularly disliked, it felt like I was being pushed to confess a negative reason for leaving ABC. This repetitive questioning left me with an odd impression of the final interview.
I am rejected after the final round.

Interview
The recruitment process is a joke — they're disorganized and aren't respectful of candidates' time.
After doing a recruiter screen for a specific role, they went silent. After following up multiple times, they said that I was rejected for that role due to lack of expertise in that one field. However, an employee at the company confirmed that I was still a candidate and my resume hadn't been reviewed by a hiring manager yet.
In the couple months since then, I've had four more recruiters reach out to me, each asking me to apply for a different role, and none of whom had access to each other's notes nor internal tracker with my previous conversations with them. One of the recruiters actually told me that the initial recruiter had submitted me for a completely different role (let's say Role B) than what I had interviewed for, despite the first recruiter saying I was rejected for Role A.
After being stuck in limbo, I gave up and took an offer somewhere else. What an absolute mess.
