I advanced to the final round of interviews but was ultimately disappointed by the experience. The interviewer was extremely cold and serious, lacking any real human connection, making the conversation feel more like an interrogation than a professional exchange.
One of the most frustrating aspects was the complete lack of transparency around key details, especially salary and compensation. Even at the final stage, they didn’t share this critical information, which should be a priority to avoid wasting candidates' time if it’s a deal breaker.
The second-round interview was also strange – they repeated similar questions from the first round but with even fewer details, making the process feel redundant and unstructured. Additionally, after submitting my updated resume to an HR representative, they seemed careless and unprofessional, showing little effort in understanding my latest experience. This lack of attention made it feel like there was minimal effort spent on finding the right candidate.
Finally, they require signing a contract through a third-party company, which feels unnecessary and raises questions about stability. Even if you’re re-signed, I heard the resignation rate for this position remains relatively low at the company, which doesn’t inspire confidence in long-term growth. Overall, the lack of clarity, redundancy, and inattentive communication were disappointing, and I’d advise future candidates to be cautious.
