I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Tilray (Toronto, ON) in Sept 2021
Interview
Clear and proactive interview process. Clear communication through it all. Made the whole process seamless and comfortable. Timelines and next steps were shared at every step. Had 2 rounds of interview.
Ghosted interview - never followed up on the meeting that was scheduled. I do not feel respected as a potential new hire. They need to get better at communicating with potential new employees.

Interview
Wildly unprofessional team. Process was over a month long. In my second interview I had to lead the interview by asking if anyone had questions for me because we were all staring blankly at each other on a zoom call. One of the interviewers showed up half asleep with uncombed hair in a wrinkled hoodie saying they were "tired". After two interviews (three if you count an HR screen) for an entry level position offering $75k I got ghosted. Too boot, in my first interview with the team they were talking bad about the recruiter for the role... Not only awkward, but a colossal waste of my time.

Question 1
1. How do you work with people you might not like in real life? (this was a real question, I wish this was a fake review.)
