Interview process:
1. Apply online
2. First-round interview: A video call to get to know you and discuss your strengths and weaknesses. They will also share a large document detailing the company's mission, strategy and information about the principal.
3. Interview loop: Four in-person interviews, each lasting 30 minutes to 1 hour:
-; Case interview with the Principal focused on project management
-; Interview with HR: Discuss motivations and your career goals
-; Case interview with the CFO on data analysis and drawing conclusions
-; Case interview with the Chief of Staff, also focused on a project management scenario
4. CV deep dive: A 2-hour in-person session covering detailed questions about your CV.
The process is engaging and generally enjoyable. Everyone I met was friendly and open, and willing to share their own motivations and experiences with the company.
I'd consider the interview process difficult as getting through the cases and all the relevant details in the allotted time was challenging.
