I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2022
Interview
Very lengthy interview process for an entry level role. I got to the third interview, where they make you do an assignment and complete three timed tests. I was told I'd hear back within the week, and waited two weeks before finally getting a "no". Which is fine, but at least spell my name correctly???
They also basically tell you there is no work life balance whatsoever. One of the documents I signed states that you'll be expected to be on call 24/7? Pretty sure that is illegal!!
Whole interview process is a red flag not to work for this company.

A difficult experience I have been able to overcome
I applied online. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics
Interview
The process began very quickly. The interview consisted of just as much info about the company as being asked why I would want to work there. Overall, a little pushy- what you might expect from a sales role. I removed myself from the interview process before an offer was extended just because it was not the right move for me.
3 levels of interview + a shadowing period with a current employee. All were done via phone and zoom. However, this may have changed since I applied last in 2023. I was ghosted after doing all three stages. Not even a rejection.
