I found the job through Indeed.com, got an offer to interview about two weeks later for three open time slots. Arrived and found out it would be a group interview, myself and two others interviewing with the account manager (valet manager) Two of the three of us were offered jobs directly after the interview was over.

Tell me about a time you experienced excellent customer service or provided it.
Easy process. Just needed to know if I was reliable and if I could drive a car. They then did a drug test. If you are just clean cut and put together you will pass the interview process with no problem.

One interview with a great assistant manager. Easy interview. Worked with my availability and was able to train with a co- worker. Interviewee was easy to talk to and explained the job and how the resort worked.

a very straightforward interview process asking simple questions, you can park upfront by the main lobby, and the valet attendants will take and hold your vehicle nearby to ensure a fast and worryless interview process.
