It is a group interview setting, which, to use Towne Park terms" is called an audition. Take this word to heart: AUDITION. The moment you walk through the door you are being watched. Sit near the front of the interview room. Smile and nod (be an active listener. Be quick to raise your hand to answer AND ask questions
- The goal is to see who smiles the most.
- Who is the friendliest.
- Who has the most professional demeanor.
- Bonus points for wearing Business Appropriate clothing.
They don't care about fast valets. They care about the guest having a "Red Carpet" experience.
If the participant is quiet and/or timid he will NOT get the job.

Easy, asked if I can drive manual and if I had any experience. Had to go to one of their hotels and was allowed to valet my car for the full experience.

Applied online. Got a call from the account manager asking to come in for an interview. Met at the property. Told him about myself, then he gave me his story and the company story. A few basic behavioral questions and that was it.

Interview process was not difficult. They ask you questions just to see what type of person you are and if you have experience. They value integrity to good morals since you are always talking to guest and driving their vehicles.
