Interactive. First interview is a phone screen interview. Do well on the assessment. Then move on to be scheduled for an interview with supervisors. This may take up to a month.

How do you see Toyota helping you grow your career?
Interview process was straightforward and required the use of the STAR format. It took about two to three weeks from the first interview with recruiting to confirmation of orientation date.

Interview
Invited for initial 15 minute interview. Iwas told I would be invited for a follow up interview with managers by the end of the next week when the manager returned from PTO. I have been ghosted and ignored ever since.
The interview process was structured and professional. The panel asked thoughtful questions, and the recruiter provided clear communication and helpful guidance throughout. Overall, it was a positive and engaging experience.
