The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Toys "R" Us in July 2010
Interview
I applied online a little while ago for department supervisor, it states online that you can apply anytime and they'll call you if you qualify when they start hiring. So, they called me maybe 3 weeks later to schedule an interview. I interviewed with the store manager and he asked me general questions; what are your goals? experience? leadership examples? etc. Two days after that I got a call to come in for a second interview. I scheduled the interview for two days after that call. It was with another store manager at a different location. He did ask me a lot of the same questions, some new and more technical to the job requirements. It was a very friendly and comfortable environment. He said he has others to interview but will keep in touch in the next couple days. Just a couple hours after I left the interview, I got a call from the store manager I would be working with, with a job offer. I accepted and look forward to working there!

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Toys "R" Us (Rockaway, NJ) in Sept 2014
Interview
Had one face to face interview with the store manager. Very formal. Questions were read straight from a packet with little room for conversation. I liked the method because it gave me a chance to clearly list my skills and capabilities. I received an offer for the job a week later.
