First interview with the recruiter Conor Anderson: It was very good. Second interview: It was a live coding and technical question and project pitch. I really enjoyed it and the interviewers were quite nice. Third Interview: it was with project manager and product lead, this was an alright interview. It seemed okay to me. Fourth Interview: This is the mess started, I was not aware there will be this new 4th step, still it was fine to have 4th. However, there were some problems within the management regarding this interview: firstly it was going to be with the CTO, then it was changed and assigned with some other person(cant recall his position), although when I joined the call, I was surprised that there was some other person from HR to evaluate me, which should have happened in round 1. I received emails for all rounds that everything is well and we are happy to move forward. But in the end after this 4th round and waiting for more than a week, I got an email that we decided not to go with you and I was promised a feedback. I sent a reminder email for feedback as well. I never received any feedback. I wish people at Trade Republic valued the time of others, it is fine to be rejected but please provide me with feedback. Like this it feels like you didn't like the colour of my skin or hair. I don't know what went wrong? were i need to improve?
