I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Transparent House
Interview
A terrible experience. Transparent House was interested in chatting with me due to my employment with a competitor. I was interviewed by Krista who wanted to know more about our practices and structure. After sometime of talking I notice her note taking throughout the process came in the form of drawing random circles on her note pad, which I take as a sign of disinterest. Her response to my background and experience is to chastise me and tell me that I need to be more "like this and like that", all in a very condescending manner. Another executive who joined the meeting late notices her negativity and steers the conversation into a more hopeful direction. Still, I left very offended and declined their offer to stay in contact.

Interview
After submitting my resume they had me answer a list of 11 questions via email. This was followed up with a phone interview and then an in person meeting the two head of state.
