Applied online. Got an initial phone screening asking basic HR questions. Waited a week to hear a call back to setup an interview for the following week. Initial interview had 10-12 HR/Personality questions, followed by some questions that were job specific. Waited almost 3 weeks to hear a call back, and was offered position. Took an additional 2 weeks for my initial start date.

Phone interview went well was not too intricate but also asked a lot of questions that didn’t necessarily relate to the role as I would have thought they should have

The first interview provided a lot of valuable information about the position and company. During the second interview, I gained deeper insights into the organization and appreciated the opportunity to meet the division manager.

Interview
I got an interview setup with a recruiter who broke up a 40 minute call into 2 sections. 1st half was for going over the role and actually asking YOU what do you know about travelers and why are you interested in the position? She also went over my resume with me and asked for highlights/summaries of what I did and why I left. The second half of the role was the infamous behavioral interview. which was okay, I'll put the questions down below
