The interview process started out with a positive experience. I applied for this position and a week later HR reached out to set up an interview. With other companies quickly sending automated rejection emails or never get back/ghosting, this was a pleasant surprise.
I sat through two interviews and everything went well. There was great conversations with genuine people, I learned a lot how your process flowed, and I could see myself working here alongside everyone. However, after the 2nd interview HR fell off and had no communication back to me on next steps. I sent a follow up email and still, nothing. It took 2 weeks after the 2nd interview before I received an email from HR inviting me to a 3rd interview.
From here this continued to head south. Sadly, the email did not include any dates or times nor had any personalization of the position, etc. At this point I am beyond frustrated and I have already lost my interest and attention. The lack of attention to detail left a sour taste and adding to the negative impression of the company. Alas, I followed up giving the benefit of the doubt due to the holidays.
Another 4 days pass and I receive an email from HR. There was that slight glimmer of hope thinking the potential backlog of to-dos on their end. Yet HR stated it was an error on their end sending communication out and I was not moving forward. At this point I feel more embarrassed for you all than myself.
Moving forward I can only hope you all can clear up communication and clarity to those interviewing. I wish you all the best and thank you for the opportunity.
