As a company that relies heavily on teamwork, we believe it’s valuable to allow candidates access to all levels of employees during the recruiting process. We strive to train all employees involved in the recruiting process on our methods and procedures. For future candidates that may be interested in Triage, we’ve provided clarification on our process below.
Triage’s recruiting process begins when a candidate submits a complete application (Resume, Cover Letter, Transcripts, and college entrance exam scores). From there, our Senior Recruiting Leads (Senior Associates with 2+ years of experience) assess a candidate’s qualifications and organizational fit. Once the application review is complete, a candidate then has an opportunity to connect with an experienced employee (Senior Associate or Associate with 1+ years of experience) via Skype or phone to learn more about our organization and the role. After this step is complete, the candidate’s full application, including their performance on the initial Skype or phone screen, is given a final review by one of our Senior Recruiting Leads. If our Senior Recruiting Lead believes the candidate is qualified to continue in the recruiting process, formal interviews are arranged. Formal interviews are conducted by upper management.
