Interview process: Screening : Coding (Coderpad exercise) Round 2 : Coding 60 mins and Design 60 mins Final round : Behaviour 60 mins and HM 60 mins. Pros: Provides detailed feedback for the rounds. Cons: ask blockchain related design question and expect candidates to be through with the design which I think is not a great approach, people like me who have never worked in BC will be able to make some logical assumptions only.
