The first stage of the hiring process was a Teams call with HR. If successful, this is then followed by in person interview with the section manager.
The process was quick and easy to follow throughout.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Tristel Solutions (Newmarket, Suffolk, East of England, England) in Sept 2024

First stage: Virtual HR screening. An informal conversation surrounding your experience and an insight into the role.
Second stage: in person formal meeting.
Third stage was suppose to be a task however there after there was zero communication despite informing me I was through to the next stage.
