Initial phone screen, which was quite normal and polite. Phone interview with hiring manager who had an air of arrogance. Questions were pretty standard fare overall for the position. They however did not let me know if I was selected to make it the next round or not, after no communication for months I took the hint. I think that if you have talked to the hiring manager, they should have the respect to let you know your status either way by at least sending a quick "thanks but no thanks" email.
