Terrible process. HR did not even bother to call me for the initial screening or give me any details for the position. I was never told the actual salary of the position. When I followed up I was ignored/ghosted. HR simply functions to schedule the interviews and does not offer any value added. 3 interviews and a case study that is based on CRE. The case study is based on a previous deal the bank completed and you tell them yes or no from a credit perspective. Felt like the hiring manager already had an internal hire in mind. Of course no feedback.
Here's feedback for the HR folks, if someone spent time to go through 4 rounds of interviews please have some decency to provide feedback or at least a response to inquiries about the position. Its your job!
