Application
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tyler Technologies (Falmouth, ME) in Jan 2016
Interview
The interview was with two separate groups of hiring managers (backend and frontend programming teams) over the course of about an hour. They are mainly looking for a goodness of fit to make sure that you'll mesh with one of the software development teams rather than testing you on your technical abilities. The managers are also trying to find solid applicants that definitely want to stay in Maine after graduation so they could potentially work at Tyler Technologies. The interview was made up of pretty generic questions.

I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Tyler Technologies in Dec 2021
Interview
Overall my experience interviewing with Tyler Technologies was largely positive. There was about a month between my third (and final) interview and hearing back from them.
I worked with the same HR representative throughout the whole process and all of the people I interviewed with were friendly and professional.
The first interview was a phone screening that lasted about 30 mins and I was asked about why I was interested in computer science, what classes I had taken, and why I was interested in Tyler. The second interview was a technical challenge evaluation where I had to write an algorithm that would beat two other algorithms at least 75% of the time. I was then asked general questions about my solution and how I might improve it. The third interview was a personality interview where I interviewed with some people from around the company. They asked general questions about my interests and history with computer science as well as projects that I listed on my resume.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Tyler Technologies (Lubbock, TX) in Sept 2019
Interview
First round was a phone interview that just asked about what my goals were and what languages I was most experienced in. Nothing technical. Second interview was in person with 4-5 people in the room and an additional 4 people in a conference video call. They asked me mostly non-technical questions about how I handled conflicts, etc. Then they asked me to write pseudo code for the fizzbuzz question on a whiteboard. I finished it rather quickly and they told me I had "earned [myself] another one" and gave me another programming exercise to do on the board. Have not accepted the offer yet as I'm waiting to hear back from other companies.
