      Trust Administrative Officer Interview

      13 Feb 2019
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at U.S. Trust

      Interview

The interview I had was 2 hours; 30 minute meetings with 4 different roles in the department. One was the department head, one was his assistant, and the other two were managers I would be working for. They didn't ask any technical or knowledge questions it was really just sitting and having a conversation and discussing the job a bit. I haven't heard anyone have the same two interview experiences yet.

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at U.S. Trust

      Interview

Overall, interview process is straight forward. You’ll have a phone interview first with a recruiter, then a phone interview with a supervisor of the department for the position, then an in-person interview. Since the position is primarily customer service, your ability to interact & personality will be critiqued at the in-person interview.

      Interview

Initial call from recruiter lasted 20-30 minutes, his assistant set up an in person interview with 3 SVP of the company. Interview lasted about an hour. Lots of questions about my past work experience, how I handle heavy workload, and why I'm looking for a new position. Everyone was really nice and positive. Took about 3 weeks to hear back
