Interview
30 minutes, straight to the point, competencies and behavioural assessment. Not so technical but a lot of fit questions, scared of redundancy as projects and integration work is hard and long hours.
Had 2 interviews, one with my line manager and one with the team lead. Largely discussed my CV and had some scenario based questions to see how I would respond in certain situations.
