The first one was okay, it was zoom and there were 3 people present- nurse manager, a day charge and night charge. They were seated at a table with masks on so it didn't feel as personal or comfortable as it wold in person or if I could see their faces. Under current COVID circumstances it was understandable. They were very nice and answered my questions easily. My second interview was just with the manager over zoom but it was almost like 'facetime' with no mask and felt more personal. This interview felt more comfortable and the interaction was easy going. Very nice!
