    Interview process was pretty basic. I was contacted by receptionist to schedule interview. I was interview by a project manager and a general manager. I was then made an offer at the end of my interview. And started work a few weeks later.

    Mostly Telephonic / Skype, focused on core subject by their own experts. 3 Phase interview on phone/ Skype. Then mostly salary negotiation part with HR and difficult part is from outside you cannot make out if the negotiation you have done is up-to right level or not (You may find people at same level and experience are having salary 30-40% higher than yours)

    Typical graduate program recruitment process after passing the online testing, I was contacted by their HR for a phone interview. Phone interview was pretty straight forward, answer several questions regarding the company. Video interview came in about a week later.

    Very good. The interviewers were quiet comforting and made me feel very good. I had 2 interviews for different roles. They thought I was more deserving for another grad position and hence after a month shifted me to another department for an interview. They do give you opportunities you deserve. The P&C team or OD team is very friendly.

    was given a call by the recruiter who then set up a time to talk to the principal engineer. Once the principal was satisfied, a time to talk to the GM was set up. An offer was then made.

    I applied for Electrical engineer vacation work at UGL , Perth. The interview was conducted by two senior reliability engineers. Interview was relaxed. They asked me questions about my interests in the company, my future goals project work experience, SAP experience, favourite units in university.

    • Altogether very basic interview questions with nothing technical. Then they took me to the site facilities, both mechanical and electrical. They Overhaul the railway combo units. Explained me about their facility and at the end asked me if I have any questions. I had none.   1 Answer

    Interview process is very short, is taken directly by respective Managers. To be selected, one should strongly focus on there basic strength of position applied for. Company also take GET for there various department. Civil Engineering background people has more advantage over other branches
