I applied online. I interviewed at UNHCR in June 2019
Interview
Very long and overly complicated process, the interview questions are designed for multinational companies rather than a humanitarian organisation and were very generic. This is specific to my duty station, but the interviewers did not seem to care too much about my answers, and I was chosen based on my CV as I learnt later.
They asked for the interview after 3 months the application process started. They asked 5 questions, competence based. It was very quick and felt that after the first question what for my answer they did not like they gave up on me. Waste of time afterwards.
I applied online. The process took 8 months. I interviewed at UNHCR (Gaziantep) in May 2023
Interview
Tell me about yourself and the qualities you can bring, What is your motivation, Explain how you organize and plan your workload, Have You Ever Had Several Demands Being Made Simultaneously kind of questions were asked.
