The interview happened onsite at the office where the lead interview posed skills based questions and also scenario based questions. There was also a take home exercise on designing a website interface which was submitted a few days after and critiqued together.

Pretty easy interview. Not too many steps. Had an in person interview that was pretty basic and then was given some time to complete a take design task, which I could take home and submitted later that day.
