      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at US Foods (Minneapolis, MN) in Jan 2016

      Interview

Almost 3 months. Applied online, short phone interview with HR, phone interview then Skype interview with hiring manager who was located elsewhere. Was told I'd have a panel interview with two VPs, and I had to keep emailing and asking when that was going to be set up. (very poor internal communications). Finally an in person interview at Plymouth location with the manager of the person I'd report to. That manager showed his gender bias multiple times and wasn't interested in having a conversation - just in telling me they had an internal male candidate who was "much better" than me (an outside candidate). I was also told I wouldn't be "allowed" to speak with other VP! I had to email multiple times to find out if I was their choice. Very unprofessional.

      Interview

Phone interviews with HR, several meetings and phone calls with the person who would be my direct Manager, conversations with Field Leadership, drug testing, background check. Question and interest was around my experience and how I would apply it in this role.
