I applied through the company website. I received a phone a call a couple of weeks later to set up an in-person interview. The manager was professional and cordial. The position was described to me and I was asked standard interview questions. I was told it would be a week or so before I found out the next steps. I received a rejection e-mail within 2 days of the interview. It was apparent my skills did not match as closely to the job description after the job details were explained.
