      Analyst Interview

      18 July 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Rosemont, IL
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at US Foods (Rosemont, IL) in Oct 2014

      Interview

I reached out to previous co-worker who now worked there. She basically did the phone screen and then recommended me to the team. It took about 5-10 days to get the interview. Once I got the interview it was an intense process whereby I interviewed with 3 of the team Directors in the same day. Each very professional, asking relevant questions to ensure that I was a good fit for the position that they all seemed to know at a very detailed level. There were some personality questions along with pertinent questions around my accomplishments on my resume. One Director actual had a couple sample print outs for a little test to see if I really possessed the skills listed on my resume. All of which were appreciated by me and partially expected.

      Question 1

The questions asked were very relevant to the position and gave me a good feeling that the people on the team I would be working for really knew the ins and outs of the position they were filling.

      Interview

They solicited me for a job, which is fine but then had the nerve to act condescending to me concerning my resume and how I present it. If you don't like what you see, why would solicit that person.
