I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at USI Insurance Services (Houston, TX) in Aug 2022
Interview
Phone interview, two in office interviews, Microsoft assessments, personality & knowledge tests. Spent so much of my time investing in this company for them to tell me that they are going to hire a more senior level position first, then hire me. Recruiter said I’d be his first call, they just have to make sure the team structure is correct. How does that make any sense? Why would they waste all that time with me for weeks for them to tell me that? It just didn’t put a good taste in my mouth.
