I did the interview for UBER's Costumer Service. First a telephone interview with a woman, smooth and straight forward. They sent me a one hour test with hypothetical cases to do. The same recruiter called me to tell me that I had been "very successful" and that I would have the interview with the hiring manager.
As soon as I started the last interview by Skype, I saw that the interviewer made a weird face, and turned BACK. I speak Spanish with an Argentine accent, because I am Argentine. The interviewer was Spanish. He did the interview with me very reluctantly, I asked questions, which he answered very briefly and obviously I received an email that I was not selected, and not a word of feedback.
I will NEVER forget the gesture the interviewer made when I began to speak. Discriminators is little. We can understand each other perfectly despite some phonetic differences.

Tell us about a challenging deal you negotiated. How did you create value for both parties and what was the impact on your organization’s bottom line?
Terrible process idk why they even had me interview when nobody showed up but I guess it’s alroght if they didn’t wanna itnerview me even though we had a meeting
Recruiter never called during the scheduled time for our phone interview. When I reached out to reschedule, she ignored me and cancelled the rescheduled call. Very unprofessional, especially considering that they reached out to me in the first place
