I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Uline (Kenosha, WI) in July 2023
Interview
When I applied, I was asked to schedule an in-person interview for a specific time (like any other company's one-on-one interviews). When I got there, it turned out to be a Hiring Event. My interview was scheduled for 1pm, but because it was actually a Hiring Fair I sat for almost an hour waiting (well past my scheduled 1pm time. The first part is them pulling a group of people into a conference room to take 2 timed tests. Then the interview with a member of HR. If they like you, they send you back out to the lobby to sit at a computer to take 3 more tests (typing and grammer tests). If you make it past that round of tests, you then do a second interview with a department shift manager. After that (if you continue on) is they send you to sit at one of the current employees desk to "shadow" them for about 30 minutes. Once you're done with that, you do a THIRD interview with the Senior Department manager. Then you go home to wait to hear back.
was really weird and everyone was acting super fake. i would say if you're trying to get someone hired, at least try to not make it known LOL. I mean come on
I applied online. I interviewed at Uline (Braselton, GA) in May 2026
Interview
The interview process itself was straightforward and professional. What disappointed me was the lack of follow-up communication after being told I would be updated on next steps. Instead, I had to check my application status on the Uline website, where it changed from green to red, indicating I was no longer being considered.
proceso demasiado largo y parece que te estan haciendo un favor al contratarte, 4 entrevistas y de cada 100 candidatos eligen 1 super exigentes, se enorgullesen de decir que filtran mas los candidatos de Harvard...
