Interview
I applied upon an employee referral. I received an invite to complete a video interview. 4 days later the HR rep reached out to me to schedule a panel interview. There were three people in the panel interview, but their openness made it very comfortable and conversational. I received an offer later the same day of interview. Very fast interview process.

Interview
Received a phone screening from a Talent Acquisition Specialist then progressed on to a Skype Interview. The phone screening went absolutely well. The talent acquisition specialist asked why did I want to work for the company and how I felt my skills and knowledge would apply to the position. The Skype interview was done by the Director of Training Services. She was very distracted during the process. Was not really paying attention to me. Even had to get up because the vacuum started running in her home. I continuously heard her phone sounding off in the background.
