      It was a terrible interview process. The HR response was slow and didn't reply to emails at all. I have to keep chasing them for results. Very disappointed. Didn't expect a large-scale company like Uniqlo would have HR like this.

The second stage of interview is assessment task, where you have to prove that you can speak another language (German, Spanish or French speakers), answer to customer inquiry, show that you can use Excel.

      I have applied for the Customer Care Agent with Polish language role, I passed to the second stage however on a date and time scheduled by HR person, nobody had showed up. I was waiting more than 1 hour. After contacting with the HR lady, she said that the Team was having problems contacting me as well. I have no idea what has happened, most likely I got a wrong link for the meeting. She said she will contact me asap to reschedule my assessment. It was 3 weeks ago, I emailed her 3 times but she has never return to me. Very very unprofessional and unfair treatment.
