The interview and pretty standard and straight forward. Make sure you understand the history of United Rentals. Be flexible with your time. Make sure you understand how to use a computer and have people skills.

Two Interviews. Phone about 10- 15 minutes. In person varies from 20-40 minutes. Drug test required as well as background check. Process took about a week to get in the door.
Interviewed by Sr. Management 3 times. Took appox. a month to start. Very informal interviews. Management basically just checking the box. They use a personality test to take the guess work out.
