I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Universal Studios (Orlando, FL) in June 2014
Interview
Straightforward questions about yourself. They call you in for an in-person interview. You talk to about 2-3 people. Very guided and organized process. Overall, one of the best hiring experiences you could possibly have.
Interview questions [1]

Interview
easy going, met with hiring manager, answered a couple of customer related questions, then got the job offer right after the interview. signed paper work after with the talent management team.
I applied online. I interviewed at Universal Studios in Jan 2022
Interview
First you get a phone interview then you get an in person interview. If they let you go after the in person interview you probably did not get the job.
The interview was super easy. You usually go through 2 short interviews. They asked very basic questions, like where you live, how you commute, and what your availability is. One question they asked was what you think good hospitality is. You know right after if you are hired or not.
