    Interview

I was invited to interview one week after the closing date for the advertised post. The online application requested a cover letter, resume and written responses to selection criteria. I attended an interview with three panel members. The questions asked were loosely based around the selection criteria for the position. Details of referees were requested, though they were not contacted. I was telephoned fairly promptly post-interview to advise that I had been unsuccessful in obtaining the role. I was treated with respect at all times and felt at ease during the interview process.
