Interview
Unum has an idea of what the ideal candidate looks like on paper and if you don't fit exactly it is very difficult to overcome. The full day interview consisted of 6 individual interviews all back to back to back in the morning followed by a presentation/case study in the afternoon.

Interview
Extensive screening process, including multiple meetings in a field office. Then went on to a one day assessment in Tennessee with multiple meetings featuring an array of managers from around the country.

Interview
Went through a series of interviews, consisting of in person, phone, and flew out to one of their head quarters. Interview process lasted around 6 hours. The entire process start to finish was around three months. It was rather intensive. Mostly behavioral based question, with real world application.

Interview
Over the phone interview on two separate occasions. Then I was called in for an in person interview with 3 sales reps, Spent a day shadowing sales reps, and being interviewed through out the day.
