I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at VIPKid in June 2017
Interview
The process took about a week. First I applied on their website with a referral code from a friend. Then I booked an interview/demo. The interview was like 2 minutes, and we negotiated my pay then. The demo was 10 minutes teaching the letter T. I passed the demo and booked my Mock class. I only had to do one mock class, and apparently that's rare. I heard back from them a few hours after the mock class, and they let me know I was hired! My only advice is to prepare, have props, be energetic, and time yourself!

Interview
Straightforward interview that offered a solid overview on the company and requirements. There is a mock-class portion of the interview where you use the interactive platform to teach a short lesson and get feedback and suggestions.
The interview process is a very detailed and long interview process. The company will thoroughly go through your application, request your credentials, and ask you to complete a mock class.
