People describe the process as rigorous, and they aren't joking. I tend to do things to the extreme (as in I need everything perfect or I think I'll fail), and I ended up working myself into a chest pain frenzy after the first mock class. Basically, you have an interview demo (either recorded or with a live person on video). If approved, you move on to the mock class 1. This is teaching two different sample lessons for different levels. If you pass this, you move on to mock class 2, which is teaching a full lesson for one level. I highly suggest watching YouTube videos to see what they are looking for, they're very particular about responses, props, etc.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The difficult part was preparing for the lessons and keeping previous feedback in mind.
just a quick demo lesson following the course materials, then a few logistical questions and talk about the program. Was quite quick and easy overall if you have teaching experience..
Pretty simple! There was a live and recorded portion where you "teach" a sample class. My interviewer was nice and helpful. Make sure your internet is good and use a wired connection
Easy and straight forward interview process. There is a demo teaching section. This was a while ago so it may have changed. The onboarding process was also easy. Again, this was a while ago, so it may have changed.
